Our family has been visiting BIM for many years. The physiotherapy, podiatry and exercise physiology services are all excellent. Also as a member of the gym at BIM I also highly recommend the facility. Staff are always friendly, approachable, honest and helpful.
I have never used a gym before, and was somewhat hesitant. My main fear was connected to hurting myself. But I met with Serge a couple of times - he is so great - and then Steph to develop a programme, today I had my first group glass using Steph’s programme and overseen by Lachie. There is a real focus on working within your limits but also performing at your best, and I am feeling very excited about my progress and the overall experience. Also very affordable.
