I went in after hurting my back at gym, it is a convenient location and has nice reception staff. Aysha, my Physio, was very proficient and covered everything I required in the sessions. She helped me with my pain, corrected my form, gave me the tools I needed to not hurt myself again. She let me go after 3 sessions after making sure I was confident going back to gym. Highly recommend.
The service was awesome but I would like to advise anyone with overseas health insurance: if you have back pain or any other issue, you must first visit a GP for a consultation in order for your treatment to be claimable. A psychiatrist or specialist can only be seen if referred by a GP. I paid $150 just for a consultation, which is a significant amount and unfortunately not covered by my insurance. I'm very disappointed.
Binh has been fantastic to work with! Listens to what I wanted to work towards and always recommends helpful and challenging exercises.
