Have had a few Pilates sessions here and they been real good. The staff are very friendly. Jeremy is a polite and professional physio, who was very helpful in giving stretches and exercises to help rehab my hip flexor issues. Highly recommend Back in Motion.
Really nice, clean clinic with high quality equipment and lovely staff. Would highly recommend Jeremy who provided highly personalised PT sessions and takes the time to focus on your own specific needs and goals!
I have been apart of the Pilates sessions and cannot thank Jeremy enough for the positive support through my recovery and always ensuring correct technique so that I can build my strength with confidence!
Very nice, clean service provider. Staff are very friendly. Have had multiple appointments with Jeremy. He has always listened well and discerned appropriate and accessible pathways to solving my physio needs. Would highly recommend Jeremy for anyone young or old, reoccurring or just a once off. 10/10 service.
Jeremy puts the motion in Back in Motion. He is energetic, passionate, and proactive. An excellent listener, he makes his patients feel seen and validated. Jeremy is also one of the most humble people I know. 5 stars!
