Shannon was amazing in helping me! I developed cording in my left arm after having breast cancer surgery. It caused pain in my arm and limited mobility. She was caring, knowledgeable and the treatment helped immensely to get my full range of motion back. Not only did she help with my arm pain, she helped me in working toward gaining strength I lost from chemo and other treatments. I couldn’t have asked for a better PT!
I recently had major back surgery. The entire staff was beyond professional in every way. My recovery was cut in half by the great care I received. All of the staff were so knowledgeable and as importantly, CARING. You hear about how miserable back recovery therapy can be. Back in Form made it a great experience and got me back to living a normal life. They are the best.
Michael and Shannon are amazing! I had been having bursitis in my hip and they suggested trying needling with Lacey. After 5 sessions I had no pain! Just got back from walking all over Italy and I felt great! I can not say enough great things about Back in Form and everyone there!
I am very happy with my experience at Back in Form PT. I came sore, scared and worried. A few weeks later I am happy, healthy and stronger. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and sunny. I was never kept waiting. All of the staff are wonderful. Shout out to Kaylie who I mostly worked with. She made me feel comfortable the first day, worked with me patiently and diligently until I was back in form. Lindsey and Melanie were great too. I hope I don't need PT anytime soon, but if I do, I will go here.
I made significant progress under Lacey and Doreen’s guidance. Everyone in the facility was very helpful, and they took my concerns and feedback into consideration.
