Booked through email with Kim. She asked if a time and date worked for me, I emailed back yes it works. I showed up for my appointment and was told Kim forgot to book me in. Unprofessional and annoying. Would not go back For the reply comment, that is not what I was told. The receptionist went to the back to check with Kim and came back to tell me that she just forgot to book it. No mention of getting locked out of your email? That's a made up excuse. I would have been told that at the time I showed up
Bailey was awesome. Effective working out alot of pressure points I had. Happy to have found these guys.
I have been going to Back in Balance for 3 years now. If your looking for deep tissue massage. Ask for Kim, or Quinn at there Strathroy Clinic. They both respond well when you ask them for more pressure. Highly recommend, clean professional setting.
Great experience there. Went for a deep tissue massage. I'm a 43 yo tradesman, my back, neck, shoulders and feet get pretty tight at times. Never been much for massages. But my wife insisted. Val was exceptional. I'm not a super experienced massage person. But Val works very hard, and did a terrific job. I was very surprised how good the experience was.
