All the therapists in this facility are caring professionals. They absolutely helped me with my shoulder problem.
Great caring staff. Started with Dr Choi and followed with rest of staff. They were all very helpful and committed. They all worked me hard but my recovery has been amazing. I gave this review one star because it made me. I just spoke with some lady in the office that was extremely rude. It was regarding scheduling an appointment and receiving an authorization. I am my mother’s caregiver therefore I handle all affairs and had that been my mother she was speaking to in that manner this would be a different review. I know how insurance and contracted doctors and payment are made. She was rude and interruptive trying to explain to me about the process. That was my first impression of this office. I... read more
