I gave this review one star because it made me. I just spoke with some lady in the office that was extremely rude. It was regarding scheduling an appointment and receiving an authorization. I am my mother’s caregiver therefore I handle all affairs and had that been my mother she was speaking to in that manner this would be a different review. I know how insurance and contracted doctors and payment are made. She was rude and interruptive trying to explain to me about the process. That was my first impression of this office. I... read more

Shortly after my total left hip replacement on January 3 using the SuperPath Approach, I had initial home therapy, and nursing care. After that I began outpatient physical therapy at Back in Action in Tamarac with Dr. Monica Choi. I was very impressed with Dr. Choi from the very first meeting with her as well the other therapists who work at Back in Action in Tamarac. Top-notch PT facility. Dr. Choi and Flo both went the extra mile to keep me on-track for a speedy recovery. Along with the professional guidance and a solid plan of treatment, they both made sure to establish a personal connection. It felt good (even as I huffed and puffed thru my exercises) to know that they wanted me to succeed and they watched closely to assure I did everything right. Carrie the receptionist or appointment setter whatever she is supposed to be is rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me twice and claimed to not have my doctors order in which she called me about and I was just returning her call. Very unorganized and discouraged me to move forward with the appointment at this office.
