BACK IN ACTION: They are true to their name. I went for an Ankle Sprain appointment at 8 AM in the Morning. Did the exercises suggested twice. At 5 PM, I played Table Tennis for 1 hour, couple of games of PickleBall and completed like 15K steps that same day. Mary Beth Newsome, you are simply AWESOME. Feel happy that I am in good hands.
