I had a great experience getting my vintage office chair fixed here. Warren, Mel, and Harry were extremely helpful and had me in and out in no time. Warren even recommended some adjustments to keep the chair in good condition for even longer. Would definitely recommend

I contacted Back Centre with an extremely difficult Chair to Repair. The Office Manager, Warren, arranged to for their Service Technician Harry to attend my Home within a day. On that day Harry attended my home, collected my Chair and then returned my Chair fully repaired on the same day. The professionalism, integrity, honesty, service and friendliness shown by the Back Centre, Warren and Harry were exceptional and exemplary. I recommend everyone to use Back Centre these reasons.

I purchased a chair here last week after starting a new office job where I was getting chronic neck and back pain and headaches. The lady who served me was so welcoming and helpful. I think her name was Deb according to my receipt. But she was extremely lovely and made sure to help me find a chair to fit my body and personal liking. After a week of using the chair I’m already in less pain. Could not thank her enough for her amazing customer service skills.
