Had an awesome experience using the yoga suspended rigs today (as a first timer). Gina is a great teacher, modelling and giving technique instructions in a supportive way that is encouraging and builds confidence. At the end I felt invigorated, uplifted and wanting to repeat the experience regularly. What a great way to work out. Loved it.
This is the best massage i have ever had i have had a lot of different types Good to finally find Gen Thank you so much She listens and understands the needs of your body and her spirit is lovely !!

I've had 1 massage and 1 suspended yoga session with Gee, amd she definitely knows what to do. Suspended yoga was amazing, i was well supported and Gee was patient. Loved every moment! Highly recommend
