First met with Colin for a my pelvic floor evaluation. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me that if I didn’t feel comfortable I could let him know. Was very appropriate and professional. Then worked with Ally the rest of the time and she was great! As an athlete and personal trainer I had lots of questions. Ally was great about answering my questions, meeting my needs and even taking time outside of work to make sure my sessions were specific to my lifestyle and recovery after having a baby. Colin and his team are professional, yet personable. I always felt comfortable doing my exercises and I was impressed by their knowledge and know how to help me progress. My daughter and I have both been seen here and we will definitely be back should the need arise. Highly recommend!
Colin, Owen and Juan were all so helpful, I injured my knee and they have been so kind and respectful to me while I've been dealing with this. 11 out of 10 would recommend!!!
