I was taken aback at the lack of professioanlism received here. Untrained emlpoyees assured me my purchase would be delievered within a week. When I called again 10 days later I was told it would be 'tomorrow.' 48 hours later with still no word, I call again to an angry 'I don't control the trucks' and a rude 'I'm sorry I can't change the world for you.' I was then HUNG UP ON by the OWNER and I still have no idea when /if I will receive the furniture I have already paid for. Shopping local is such a necessity for small town ... read more
