Their products are great. I do hate going into the store because employees are overly friendly to the point it feels fake. Also they are pretty intense with the bag handling at the door.
You can't go wrong with Back and Bodyworks. The massage therapists are very experienced and knowledgeable vs the chain places!

I had someone whose massage technique was wonderful!But I kind of got the feeling that she started to get annoyed w me.I have arthritis and scoliosis.And I got the impression she got frustrated w me bcs my posture was not improving.Her words made my muscles only tense up rather than relax as is supposed to b the case.She started to become meaner to me over the past five sessions I had w her.Last time was the last straw.I still tipped well,bcs I know massage therapy is such hard work.But am really regretting that decision now... read more
