Made an order online for some items, included in my order was a tumbler. The lid of the tumbler arrived cracked. Not a single response back to assist with a resolution, email after email left unanswered. Never shopping with this company again.
I have been trying for WEEKS to return a dress that does not fit me. I cannot get in touch with anyone to send me a return label. No one will answer any emails or the phone. This is very disappointing as I am out of town and cannot go to the store in person. I will not be ordering from the store any more.
Wonderful experience! I bought some Hey Dudes for more than half off! I will be back if I am visiting the town again in the future!
