Great place to buy plants as a landscaper. There sales reps are very informative and will have your order ready when you arrive. They will even help load them in your truck for you!
Very dissapointed with delivery. online they are open till 4 pm. we called to give eta for delivery if 2:36 pm driver arrived at 2:36 pm and they said NO, gotta wait till tomorrow. receiver pointed fingers at the owner to talk to him we did and just because we were 6 minutes after the cutoff timeif 2:30 , owner wouldnt work with us. Even though driver would help unload only 4 crates. This coused us to layover and push all other stops to unload the following day

They do not stand behind their inferior product—which fails within a single season, as these photos show, with only one plant surviving. I now associate Bachman’s with poor-quality merchandise and terrible service, so please insist that your contractor work with a more reputable, higher-quality supplier.
