They do not stand behind their inferior product—which fails within a single season, as these photos show, with only one plant surviving. I now associate Bachman’s with poor-quality merchandise and terrible service, so please insist that your contractor work with a more reputable, higher-quality supplier.

Awesome customer service! Great prices - no price gouging. Beautiful and healthy flowers and plants.
I love, love, love this place! All the staff I've encountered are extremely helpful. They have a great selection of plants, floral, housewares, decor & gift items. Winter/holiday hours are disappointing. I understand during the winter season business slows, however closing at 4P is unexpected, especially during the holiday season.
