We feel scammed We had gotten a quote for a crane from one company in Missoula but when we needed to do the project they were unavailable so we called Otto's and they said they could come out and do the job, so I told them to come assuming that the price would be in the ballpark of the other crane service but to our surprise when the job was done they charged us almost three times the cost of the other crane service and demanded payment when done and was very threatening.
