I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, Susan. My mother called the office yesterday and spoke with Whitney. She was very friendly, helpful, patient, and informative. Thanks Whitney for the wonderful support you gave my mom!
I've dealt with Gina 1 time and that's enough for me! She told me she had a death in her family... as we were trying to resolve a death in my family! Very rude and no compassion whatsoever! I would NOT recommend her to my worst enemy. When I went to her office to pick up my love ones things she pointed to a room and said "it's in there". She didn't even get up from her desk. Couldn't even remove herself from her chair. Not even to greet a guest coming in the door. My recommendation is STAY AWAY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
