I reached out several times to this firm (by phone and email) to help me with a tax issue, and they have not called me back, nor emailed me. I was referred to this firm through my financial planner's company Edelman Financial Engines. I will be instructing EFE to remove this firm from their referral/partnership network as this is not professional, acceptable behavior.
