Looks really nice
Horrible experience at this baccarat location. The staff treated me like a thief and liar. Purchased a butterfly that was not in stock so they took my info down and charged my credit card. Item never came so I called multiple times to get a proper refund. They never issued a refund over a one year span Finally drove there a year later and the manager claimed she refunded me and implied that I was lying . I agree with the horrible customer service comments. I went into return a gift and the woman began reading me their policy. I didn't know because I didn't buy the gift. They don't give credit. You have to exchange immediately. If you want Baccarat, buy it from a department store.
