In Dec of 2023 I opened a checking and savings and was told I'd get a friends/family $50 debit card if I met all the banks requirements and wait 60 days to receive it. It is now May 2 2024 and I've contacted the bank on several occasions to know avail. I've been told there's nothing they can do. Besides this issue I've had multiple problems with be charged fees and was also told I wasn't allowed to make more than six transfers a month , referring to schedule D which stopped in 2020 and this was told to me by two managers.
