Very unprofessional group of ladies who act like children. They will put you on hold and laugh about it and make you call back. (i was watching from outside in the parking lot, yall not slick) I had originally gone in to cash some checks and open a new account, but due to how i was treated and the condescending manner of the people there made me realize it would be a mistake to open an account at a bank that already has so many issues with finding competent/polite staff.
I feel comfortable banking with BAC COMMUNITY BANK, They have my back.
I've had the pleasure of working with Tima. She provides exemplary service, very communicative and takes time to break everything down and explain.
My bank is Bank of America, but I stopped at BAC to make a withdrawal. It was quick and easy.
