Friendly staff
Love this bank as a whole, but especially at the downtown branch location -- SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! So nice to be treated as a human and not a number. As in, we know our acct # but it's not needed, they know who we ARE when we walk in about 1-2x/month or even if we call! Beat that at a large bank! Free checking, free debit card, no minimum, $25 to start an acct, AND a new app to do almost everything virtually!
