Babylon Bike shop has by far the BEST service.. super friendly and knowledgeable staff.. I bought a Fujibike for my wife,which was delivered in a timely fashion to the shop.. it was set up and we picked it up.. added a comfy seat and kickstand. After riding next to my wife for the summer, her bike developed a strange noise, but it was sporadic.. decided to call last week and have it looked at. Bought my son a bike here a few months ago and could not have been happier with our purchase! They had new inventory that his friends didnt have so that was exciting. It was a woman who helped us. She gave us excellent advice while picking a bike out and helped him find the perfect one. She was kind and professional and didn’t pressure us one bit. They shined it up really nice for him before we left and offered us to come back the first year for a complimentary tune up. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
I worked with Mike to get a bike fit on an existing bike i had purchased at another LBS and I can't say enough good thinks about Mike & Ryan, as they both took nearly 2 hours to perfect my existing bike into the best possible fit. They were incredibly knowledgable, as they explained what they did, why they did it and the effect it would have and would instantly bring it to life.
