New baby. My entire experience was 100% awesome!
As new to be parents, we had no idea where to start. We were lucky to hear about Baby Koo and meet Karina. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things before baby, once they are born and what you need. She asks all of the right questions to help you figure out the best stroller, car seat, etc for you and your baby's needs. I am pretty sure I asked about 100 questions that day and she answered all of them with ease.
