To whom it may concern, I bought the Baby Jogger Select Lux. The brake broke after only 3 years of use. I should also mention that my usage is normal: a round trip from home to daycare twice a day, 10 minutes of walking in the city... I am very disappointed. I had expectations in line with your reputation, and I absolutely do not recommend investing in a Baby Jogger stroller!
This review is based on their customer service and ordering process and not on the quality of products. I still can't believe the level of complete disregard for the customer this company has. They will sucker you in with fake promo codes and then won't apply them to your order. When you call to straighten it out and the only line they know is “there's nothing I can do” and completely refuse to help you. Also of you dare to ask for a manager they will not connect you and delay your order. You get better service at the DMV.
