One of the few places you can still try strollers hands on! Nice to buy direct from a small business instead of online.
We bought a car seat through Baby Go Round over the phone and couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience! Thank you, Dawn! They even offered to have someone check our car seat installation and help with anything we need once the car seat arrives. Amazing customer service and so glad small businesses like this exist. Placed order online, store waits two days to send an auto cancellation email stating “not enough stock”. Purchase was made on a Sunday evening when you are closed , so how does this make sense that items suddenly “sold out”? No email from an actual employee with any real explanation. Seems store does not prioritize online customers.

Friendly service, no pressure sales process. We just bought our new stroller a Nuna swiv. Car seat and accessories. Fantastic folks, fair process. They allow you to browse and ask questions.
