Placed order online, store waits two days to send an auto cancellation email stating “not enough stock”. Purchase was made on a Sunday evening when you are closed , so how does this make sense that items suddenly “sold out”? No email from an actual employee with any real explanation. Seems store does not prioritize online customers.

Friendly service, no pressure sales process. We just bought our new stroller a Nuna swiv. Car seat and accessories. Fantastic folks, fair process. They allow you to browse and ask questions.
Can’t say enough good things - everyone we spoke with was TRULY knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with us as new parents. You can’t find a better baby store experience in MA/NH. Great selection of strollers, cribs, furniture, and cute clothing and accessories!
Always a great experience when I go in to shop for my granddaughter. They have such lovely, unique items. All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend.
