Review for My Baby Face Portraits We recently used My Baby Face Portraits at the Naples Hospital for our newborn’s photo session. While we were initially excited—especially since we were told we'd have a trainee and possibly more attention—we ended up quite disappointed. Reilly G was phenomenal!
I’m honestly very disappointed. The representative that assisted us at the hospital was very nice but she gave us the wrong privacy code so we paid $170 and we’re not able to access pictures of our baby girl. Instead we have access to a completely different family’s new born photoshoot. All this would not be an issue if their communication was more accessible. We have been calling non stop trying to get a representative to help us to no avail. Everytime we call, we get the voicemail box. This is extremely frustrating.
