I had to select a rating for this review, but actually I give a 0 rating! I feel I MUST inform potential buyers (specifically gift card givers) of my experience. In December of 2018 I purchased a $100 gift card from this store to give to my daughter (who has a new baby) as a holiday gift. She applied the gift card towards a high chair, along with accessories, for her new baby. The chair NEVER ARRIVED! She called repeatedly for an update. Initially she was given assurances from the store that it was on the way and would arrive soon, but eventually they no longer returned her calls and no merchandise was ever delivered. She disputed the charge and was given reimbursement for all but the $100 gift card portion of her purchase by her credit card company. She was never contacted about how to obtain reimbursement for the gift card, and of course, they were not returning her calls. She encouraged me to dispute the $100 charge with my credit card also. I attempted to dispute with my credit card, but to no avail. Baby Blossom provided a rebuttal to this dispute stating they do not refund gift cards. My credit card drop the dispute, but we are out of the $100! Of course....they applied the gift card towards a purchase they never delivered, but they DO NOT REFUND gift cards! We were NOT able to recoup the $100 gift card from Baby Blossom. If you are considering giving a gift card from Baby Blossom to anyone, please take my experience in consideration. If for some reason, the person does not receive the merchandise for which they applied the gift card towards, they are out of luck as they will not get credit or money back for the amount of the gift card.
