Very rude & unprofessional, zero customer service skills. She does not communicate unless you contact her multiple times and then she calls it harassment and threatening when you are asking for an updated timeline regarding the status of your photos. Please do your research and Google her reviews. I have found many dating back to 2011 that echo the same experiences we had in July 2021. Half of our one hour session was spent standing around while she asked questions leaving us with only 3 different poses. She held our photos ... read more
