This is a terrible review of the worst furniture store purchased item for 12 homes we have lived in during more than 50 years in multiple states. Two and 1/2 years ago we purchased a large bonded leather recliner sofa product for a new house in The Villages near Babette's Leesburg, FL store. We are two people weighing 150 lbs. and 130 lbs. and, due to extensive travel, we have occupied the house and used this product for watching TV in many evenings for about 18 months. It has been 1 year since we have received a complaint from Mr. ****** and this sofa was purchased in July of 2015. The only complaint we received was in July of 2019 which is 4 years from purchase, not 15 or 18 months of use. The sofa has a 1 year warranty on the fabric, which is a polyurethane not bonded leather. We did originally ask for photographs to avoid charging the customer for an out of warranty inspection. Buying furniture at Babettes turned into a 5 star experience. Not only was the store and everything in it beautiful, the staff and especially our designer Aylin Bucci were fantastic! She turned the challenge of finding furniture for our home into a satisfying and enjoyable one. I would recommend Babette’s and our designer, Aylin a million times over!
We took delivery of our new sofa today from Babette's in Brownwood. Great working with Cathy and Michel and the delivery men were terrific.

Babette's quickly responded to my need for a part to keep one of our La-Z-Boy recliners working. A special thanks goes to Frank Williams, Parts Coordinator, for talking with me, and quickly assisting in not only identifying the exact part I needed, but also getting it sent to me. Everything repaired and back to normal. It is great to find a company that backs the products they sell with this type of service attitude.
Excellent salesman & customer service
We bought a bedroom set from Lifestyle at Babette's. We were concerned with the finish on 2 pieces. After conversations about the finish on the 2 pieces in questions,they were replaced. They were delivered in a timely fashion . The salesperson Lillian was very professional in helping us getting the furniture replaced. I would highly recommend Badett's to anyone.
