Helpful in the store without being pushy. Delivery was exactly on time. They were professional and made sure my home was cared for and nothing was damaged during delivery. MHarold was pleasant and respectful. Gear get was friendly and greeted my dog to ease her fears. Will buy from Babette's again.

We purchased bedroom furniture from Babette's about 3 years ago and recently, had a foot break on a dresser. Babette's has a wonderful service department that had all my purchase records handy and knew exactly what brand and style I had purchased. They ordered the part and scheduled a technician. Randy was prompt and courteous. He is highly experienced and fixed it easily. I just love working with a company that knows what they are doing!

We recently retired to Florida and because of a mechanical issue, the moving truck with some of our belongings caught fire and we lost furniture, clothing etc. We are fortunate because our retirement home is furnished, clothing in our closets and dishes in the kitchen. We needed to replace "extra" pieces. We found our way to Babette's and Victoria Vos. She helped us choose the items we needed, fully understanding that exact pieces would be difficult. We were so impressed with her guidance and expertise. All pieces ordered were delivered when promised and with a smile from the delivery persons. We went back and ordered a couch and loveseat, waiting for Victoria to be available to us. Those pieces came in on time as well. We will shop Babette's again and will always look for Victoria Vos.

Mike and Mike arrived when we were told they be at our home. They were professional and not only delivered but rolled out our new area rug. Mike asked if I had any questions and he then took a photo of the rug once it was in place. They cleaned up the wrapping and took all debris with them.
