In store personnel and delivery people were exceptional. My salesperson did her best to make my after delivery experience happy but somehow it was up to the manufacturer of the dining table I purchased. The manufacturer said it was in their specifications of reclaimed wood. Ah, no, they need to get their quality control in control! They did replace one chair that was obviously defective. Carlin and Derrick delivered my furniture order on 1/22/22 and did a fantastic job unloading the sofa and love seat and putting it exactly where I wanted it in my living room. We had to wait 8 months for our chairs which is not unusual in these times, but they were perfect and our sales person Ivis Osorio kept us up to date on their status. I must also mention and thank our delivery men Arnold and Dee. They were incredible, friendly, efficient and absolutely delightful.

Their delivery men are careful, courteous and respectful, we can't say enough about Andre, Willie, Harold and Mike. We have never had a more enjoyable experience with any store from top to bottom then Babette's. First class in every area of operation. They truly care about you as the customer and go the extra mile to make sure you furniture buying experience is a pleasure.
