I am finding Babcock a troubling place to live. The manager was cheerful when I was signing my lease and said other than regular worker entrance for typical maintenance like changing CA filters & smoke alarm batteries, & pest control, "Babcock apartments are just like any other apartments." What wasn't mentioned is how often and how many hours residents are without water for different reasons. Or that the residents' storage area has water leaks that leak on the residents' stored items & that residents would not be told when ... read more

Did this senior care facility prominently display their credentials or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
