Receptionist has an attitude every single time you call and is not at all helpful.
I had a hospital bill sent to this company and when I spoke with Diana May the companies Paralegal in December of 2023 she worked with me to set up a payment plan that she said would begin at some point after the holiday season (no specific start date was given). Diana let me know she needed to send me a payment agreement document to review/sign & return to the office. I requested the payment agreement to be sent via physical USPS. Medical bill was sent to this office and the office processed a payment agreement incorrectly resulting in additional fees. Would not correct their error. Horrible communication.

I understand that I owe a debt. But it’s for a miscarriage and they are so rude every time I talk to them. Definitely wouldn’t choose this company to go through. The women who answers the phone has made me very upset every time I call
