Competent, efficient , kind service
Great experience with them here. Bought my wife's bike from them. Staff was knowledgeable and price was fair. I also brought my bike there that I had an issue with that I had goten somewhere else and they were able to diagnose the problem and take care of it. Very happy with the experience.
Misleading employee claimed “fluid prices” over the phone and was later told by the owner after driving an hour that the price is the price. I own 4 several thousand dollar bikes and know my stuff pretty well but wanted to look at a giant. I knew everything about the bike and I wanted to see what he knew. Not much. While he was apologetic, having shopped at a lot of bike stores I’d rather go anywhere else After the reply, I edited my review to be 1 star. It was originally 2.
