What an awesome shop. 1st experience ever w/ the company- I called about a potential issue, the tech. asked me for my bike's specifications, and he helped me fix it via phone! That was already unexpected. Then, I had a different issue and called to let them know I would be there soon. A different guy, Heraldo, helped me, but the guy via earlier phone convo. communicated very well with him in the event it was related to the issue fixed via phone etc. Anyway, Heraldo went above and beyond to help me!
