Elm chairs and Frankie table. Brought from the Melbourne store, great service and delivery was very quick. Highly recommend! Elm chairs take time to put together as the instructions sheet is not 100% clear. I strongly recommend a YouTube instruction on this particular chair would benefit everyone. Yes I would buy from this store again.
The furniture was ok but I returned a mattress (unused) within their returns policy and was surprised to learn that I'd been deducted a 10% service fee. This is a breach of Australian Consumer Law and just leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering we'd spent a lot of money with the company.
Pick-up is available on the next day. Very friendly staff.
