Andy Small promised for his £495 fee to get me funding. Landbay was the first. The surveyor they use is clueless about HMOs and he's being investigated by RCIS. Landbay kept the £395 application and £780 survey fee.Andy found another lender West One & I reminded him before we start the application to check they do NOT use Allied. He assured me they didn't. Poor service ! Enquired about finance loan and no response! Definitely won’t be using them.
Very poor service, once you’ve paid the surveyor fee and theirs, then the communication seem to disappear PLEASE AVOID this company
