My visit went well at the renamed b1Bank. It is now Caldwell Bank and Trust.
Did not have over draft protection.. Now all of a sudden i do... Check your account they are pulling some shady stuff to make money in overdraft fees.. I have records to prove i never had over draft protection and canceled payments because i didnt have enough in the bank... So how do i have over draft protection all of a sudden... Not to mention the people speak to us as though we are mentally unable to proccess words!
Horrible.
