We do the majority of our commercial banking at B1 Bank, mostly because we love the team there! Very professional and consistently go above and beyond for their clients.
Great people but the banks got financial issues. They walked away from a commercial real estate loan four days before close. (April 23) left me hanging and I ended up losing the property purchase contract and over $23,000 worth of expenses down the drain. Recommend you find another lender that had finances to hold up and get you what you need. Employees are super nice but I’m sure they’re in trouble like most over leveraged banks in 2023.
