Worse bank ever. Avoid at all costs. If you have a business account you have to send an email for every single ACH you want to send out to confirm. Also they will bounce payments and then double process them (over charging you) because their online system to total crap - like it was built in the 90s by undergraduate software engineers. And don’t think about complaining about their bad service because they will threaten to close your account. If you respect your time, business and peace of mind, stay away from these jokers.
The staff at this location is like family, they didn’t just send out a generic card for my birthday. Everyone signed it individually and they even made sure to recognize it when I went to make my transaction. I try to always use the Jefferson location so that I can see Joe and Kay as they always make sure to check in and show they truly care! I can always count on this team to go above and beyond!
