As a former employee of this company, I find that this location in particular is very unprofessional to say the least. Management is terrible. I find that the next future employee will suffer the same unless it’s up to their standards perhaps your sex or color has a lot to do with it. This particularly regards the assistant manager. Tried to walk in at exactly 4:40pm and the door was locked. 20 minutes before actual closing time …
Tellers are unhelpful. It used to be a good bank with great customer service, but now its gone down hill. None of the tellers are professional nor do they care. They all act high and mighty. Very unprofessional. I will be changing banks since they don't want to have business.
