I'm totally at a loss. The Eunice location is great! If only they ran everything, but every time I have a concern, or with the credit card I used to have with them, I'm having to deal with passive aggressiveness. This started years ago when I'd get spoken to in a very condescending tone, ignoring my request to close a credit (which later the kind lady at my local branch did for me). They like to call the police on people exercising their first amendment rights and then lie to the police. I feel bad for their maintenance guy. He seems like a nice guy but the other employees are not.
