Amazing how someone could have such a negative opinion as the person from just a few days ago without sharing any details to support it. Anyway, my experiences here have all been pleasant and they treat you like they know you. It's a business folks, not a charity so expect that if you are not responsible with your finances there will be some policy actions you might not care for, that's usually what drives bad review like that.
