I've seen both Amber and Catharine for two different issues and I highly recommend this place. They are all so knowledgable and like to find the actual root causes of why something is off instead of forever treating the issue. Every appointment you learn so much and they make you feel comfortable to express when a "homework" task isn't working well for you and are always willing to explore other options. Highly recommend!!

Puja is a sweet very personable young lady who happens to be an exceptional physiotherapist. I came to her on recommendation and am not disappointed. She is helping me work through my Achilles Tendonitis …and has an app with exercises that hold you accountable otherwise I would not be as diligent and therefore I am seeing results. Before i was finished telling her my issues she had me diagnosed…extremely knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend her no hesitation
Puja was amazing, and very detail oriented when it came to trying to find exactly where the pain was. Very excited to start/continue my treatment there!
