I usually don't review, but the interaction I had with Bill made me show his kindness to the world. I just needed some Jute Webbing to repair my sofa. I called him before going there, and he said he could help with that. When I got there, he asked me how much I needed, and I said 12 feet, but he measured 25 feet instead.
