We have used B-T Tile for numerous projects over the past 2 years. We are currently building a house and Ralph from B-T has gone over and above to help us many times! This is a 5 star business because of both the selection of tile and the outstanding and friendly customer service. Although they are a bit further from our new home, we will be traveling to B-T Tile whenever we need anything that they can supply. I highly recommend this business!
RUN! LOOK AT THE PHOTOS, CANT MAKE THIS UP! I would literally have rather hired a blind gopher to tile our bathroom than get BT Tile back in our house. Our contractor hired these guys and the work was repulsive. Upon first look everything looked good, since we weren’t living in the home, however…. We had to have the first tile shower they put in ripped out because it looked horrendous- chunks of grout missing, sloppy cut tiles, uneven spacing. The most expensive part of tile is buying cheap junk and needing to redo it! Buy quality the first time at B-T Tile! Thanks for all the help Robin! The project turned out great, and we've gotten tons of compliments on the quality materials.
