The app can be more useful and less than a headache. I can't even get into my bt access account at all right now.the app is asking me to sign in and it won't even let me go past the log in screen
If I could give 0 stars I would. My clients attended a basketball game at Assembly Hall to perform at halftime, and the rides were scheduled weeks in advance. My clients (one in a wheelchair and one in a neck brace and cane) waited 2 hours. They refused to answer our phone calls so we had to resort to using different phone numbers to get a response. Very unsafe for my clients and hope something is done about this.
They are super kind and understanding, and really seem to care about my mother's well-being. Highly recommended.
