The worst place you go to. Literally went there it has deli items and after waiting 39 mins this lady with black hair refused to cach my check. She took my check, my ID and verified it was legit. She even said it looks well but policy of new people. Do not go there! Save yourself the trip
Amazing customer service! This place was a blessing to me! I have used turbo tax for the last 10yrs but this year it said I would only get $303 back. I sent all my information to Vanesa and she called within just a few days to let me know my refund amount (and it was a lot more than $303 lol). This place is fast, efficient, and friendly! They even had a play area for kids, which my daughter was excited and grateful for!
THANKS TO VANESA FOR ALL THE HELP DURING MY CITIZENSHIP PROCESS. I GOT MY CITIZENSHIP!! ALSO DURING TAX MONTH I WENT TO HER OFFICE TO DO MY TAXES AND PROCESS WAS FAST, NICE AND SMOOTH. IN CONCLUSION SHE IS THE BEST IN THE POCONOS.
