I was referred to this place and when I called, the receptionist and response was not welcoming. I understand it’s tax season and it gets to be allot during this busy time but that’s your job and the industry you chose to be a part of so whether it’s the first day or last day of tax season, that shouldn’t mean anything and btw, we have until April 15th to file and it’s only the 4th.
