Bob is the best, I've been going to him for over 10 years and he takes great care of his customers. I'm confident that he gets us the best refund and will continue here until he finally retires to Florida
I used Jess. The first year was fine but the 2nd year, she didn't file my rent rebate and hasn't given me the final tax document I have left a dozen message for months. I have since 2026 called approximately 5 times with no response. I do NOT recommend this couple for tax preparation.
It's hard to trust people in today's world, especially when it comes to finances. Jess and Bob not only make the process and stress of filing my mostly complicated tax forms simple and easy, but they do it with stellar style and my kind of sarcastic humor which totally helps lower the stress levels. I was referred to this place and when I called, the receptionist and response was not welcoming. I understand it’s tax season and it gets to be allot during this busy time but that’s your job and the industry you chose to be a part of so whether it’s the first day or last day of tax season, that shouldn’t mean anything and btw, we have until April 15th to file and it’s only the 4th. Then they told me because I was new that I’d have to pay $100 extension fee. Hmmm, not at all what I would hope for when going to a tax service ... read more
