I was referred to this place and when I called, the receptionist and response was not welcoming. I understand it’s tax season and it gets to be allot during this busy time but that’s your job and the industry you chose to be a part of so whether it’s the first day or last day of tax season, that shouldn’t mean anything and btw, we have until April 15th to file and it’s only the 4th. Then they told me because I was new that I’d have to pay $100 extension fee. Hmmm, not at all what I would hope for when going to a tax service ... read more

They are very professional, as well as friendly and considerate. Thank you B&R tax.
Service is efficient and cost effective. We enjoyed our appointment.
I went in to do my taxes on the February 29, 2024 and I still haven’t heard anything. They are VERY poor on returning phone calls.
