First on Thursday june 9,2016 we went to Walt Disney and it was not raining when we left the hotel but when got to Walt. Disney it was raining we ask the bus driver since in was raining and we had small kids on the bus if we could go to Walt Disney the next day and at first it was cool and them all out of the blue he said that if he leave that he would not Be return that next day but its raining and we don't want our kids to get sick so here we are out in the poring down rain with our children them we wanted to go to the out... read more
Our bus driver was not cooperative with our small group of about 30 passengers. We were scheduled for a trip to Orlando Florida for 4 days. The driver would make statements about where he was and wasn't going to take us, after we had already paid for the services. He wasn't very friendly. I felt like if we had paid, there shouldn't have veen an issue no matter where we wanted to go or how many times. I will NOT give this company my business again.
